La Abuelita Hostal & Terraza

No nos gusto que en las camas/literas del hostal en las que dormimos había chinches que no nos dejaron dormir/descansar porque nos picaron varias veces en la piel, lo que nos generó comezón, ronchas, incomodidad y enojo porque esos insectos se meten a las maletas. Si bien se disculparon y nos devolvieron la mitad del dinero esta situación impactó en nuestras vacaciones, además de que yo quede mal con mis amigos ya que yo reservé ahí.

Die Unterkunft an sich ist super gemütlich. Gute Küche, gutes Personal, nette Dachterrasse. Aber: es gibt im Dorm Bettwanzen. Deswegen die schlechte Bewertung! Wenn sie das Problem in den Griff bekommen alles top.

Since new people started working there, sometimes they listen to loud music. I had bed bugs in my bed. I found a bedbug and showed it to the staff. They change my bedsheets and that is it. They did not do anything to spray the bed, or the room. I was bitten for three weeks and the staff did nothing. I was hoping they would do something, I asked them if they plan to spray the room, they said “yes”. But they did nothing. I was counting on staying longer in this hostel, but bed bugs made me leave.
