The hotel is infested with bed bugs. I spent a terrible night and woke up covered in bites, itching everywhere. It was extremely uncomfortable and stressful. When I reported the problem, they changed my room but offered no apology and no explanation, which is unacceptable given the situation. I do not recommend this hotel at all.

If you want bed bugs then feel free to visit. Other than that, the hotel facilities were nice and comfortable. P.S. my sister stayed twice and encountered this problem with bed bugs twice and had indeed reported it during her stays.

The rooms are uncleaned, some said there are bedbugs.

Bedbugs!!! I woke up at 4 am to catch my bus, and turned on the light to find myself COVERED in bedbugs. They were on me, my sheets, pillow, the walls, and all over my bed frame, too! I counted over 50 bedbugs as they were running away from the light. I've never been so horrified in my entire life. The night staff couldn't really do anything to amend the situation. I'm waiting to discuss this through an interpreter on Monday. Don't be fooled by the white walls and hip vibe. Infested with bedbugs, and on a lesser note, if you're willing to risk the bugs, the wireless doesn't work, and the breakfast is mediocre except for the croissants (they're great!). I'd give zero stars if I could.
