+ 早餐 中国员工用极不礼貌的语言表达 有提供面包 但是不一定都能拿的到 早到早拿 语气极不友好 结果懒得要酒店早餐

- 酒店的中国员工 服务态度极度不礼貌 入住后非常影响心情

- ホテルの方の対応 連れがスープをこぼしてしまい、タオルを貰えるか確認したら受付の黒い眼鏡の人はこっちを見て無視、外国の人は少ないティッシュを渡すだけ 結果連れは火傷 もう来たくないです

- ラブホテルがあるエリアで治安も悪そう 部屋も窓がなく閉塞感あり

+ We had two room for my grandmother, uncle and myself and everything was perfect, staff is attentive and polite. Location was close to station, 5min walk. Wheelchair accessible.

+ Clean and a good size for solo travellers. Receptionist is friendly and would call you to check if you have a preferred time for housekeeping. Facilities are great as well with vending machines and coin laundry/dryers in the hotel. It was a very nice touch to provide free bread rolls and soup in the morning for guest .

+ 離車站不遠，附近吃玩買都方便很好逛，雙床房也夠打開二個29吋行李後還有空間，飯店和房間設計很新，配色也很美，毛巾浴巾灰藍色使用也很舒服，廁所很大，雖然是淋浴但衛浴設備很好，洗澡水壓溫柔舒服，洗沐浴品也超好用，帶來的護髮根本沒需要用，只有枕頭偏扁軟小缺點，想泡澡附近也有澡堂很放鬆，員工人都很好,也有會說中文溫柔女員工，也有簡單免費早餐，也有免費寄放行李服務，很棒！下次來東京會再來住！

- Location is not central and a bit strange especially at night, the nearest train station is at least a 10 minute walk away, and the rooms are definitely on the smaller scale

+ Tout était très bien. La chambre avec vue sur la ville, moderne et bien équipée . Parfait

+ Great hotel within walking distance of Kinshicho station and a direct bus to Haneda Airport. The rooms were spacious with a reasonable price. The staff were very helpful with holding bags when I came in early.

- The area is somewhat suspicious but it can be mostly avoided by walking along the main road.

- The distance to JR station is a little far, it takes approximately ten minutes to walk.
