- ホテルの方の対応 連れがスープをこぼしてしまい、タオルを貰えるか確認したら受付の黒い眼鏡の人はこっちを見て無視、外国の人は少ないティッシュを渡すだけ 結果連れは火傷 もう来たくないです

- I didnt feel like this hotel was worth the price, especially compared to the other accommodation we stayed at while we were in japan. Was also very noisy could hear people upstairs

+ 긴시쵸역에서 가깝고 주변에 쇼핑할 수 있는 빌딩들이 많이 있어서 편했어요. 방이 깨끗하고 욕실에서 냄새 올라오는거 없었고, 욕조는 없지만 샤워시설이 잘되어 있어서 괜찮아요. 직원분들이 친절하고 질문에 자세히 설명 해주려고 노력하는 모습이 좋았어요. 엘레베이터도 카드로 이용하는거라서 안전하고 잘쉬다가 왔네요.
- 방크기가 정말 확실시 작아요. 캐리어 펼칠때마다 공간을 계산해야하는.ㅎㅎ

+ We had two room for my grandmother, uncle and myself and everything was perfect, staff is attentive and polite. Location was close to station, 5min walk. Wheelchair accessible.

+ Clean and a good size for solo travellers. Receptionist is friendly and would call you to check if you have a preferred time for housekeeping. Facilities are great as well with vending machines and coin laundry/dryers in the hotel. It was a very nice touch to provide free bread rolls and soup in the morning for guest .

+ 離車站不遠，附近吃玩買都方便很好逛，雙床房也夠打開二個29吋行李後還有空間，飯店和房間設計很新，配色也很美，毛巾浴巾灰藍色使用也很舒服，廁所很大，雖然是淋浴但衛浴設備很好，洗澡水壓溫柔舒服，洗沐浴品也超好用，帶來的護髮根本沒需要用，只有枕頭偏扁軟小缺點，想泡澡附近也有澡堂很放鬆，員工人都很好,也有會說中文溫柔女員工，也有簡單免費早餐，也有免費寄放行李服務，很棒！下次來東京會再來住！

+ Great hotel within walking distance of Kinshicho station and a direct bus to Haneda Airport. The rooms were spacious with a reasonable price. The staff were very helpful with holding bags when I came in early.
- The area is somewhat suspicious but it can be mostly avoided by walking along the main road.
