    The room was dirty and had bugs. We were bitten by bed bugs. The quilt was not clean. The soundproofing was poor.

    Bedbugs active in the middle of the day (staff was helpful and thankfully changed my room straight away but I wasn't offered a refund), probably were in another room too as I woke up with new bites, uncomfortable & loud bed, not very clean in the rooms (only the main part of the floor cleaned, hair on the bed)
