Location was reasonable and staff moved us once issue was raised Found bedbugs. Rooms not like pictures. Rooms very dirty. Lots of loud and drunk guests outside room.

The room was dirty and had bugs. We were bitten by bed bugs. The quilt was not clean. The soundproofing was poor.

+6 = Staff was great, beds and pillows are comfy, toilet and bath were clean and complete, own lockers, own side tables, kitchen with complete facilities. -4 = for the bed bug 🪲 we got bites all over our body... We were in room number 10. The last time we were here there was no bed bug...

Very close to train station, shops, restaurants, you can pay 20zl for laundry+dryer which might be useful if you travel a lot with minimum clothes, you get a key to your private locker Bedbugs active in the middle of the day (staff was helpful and thankfully changed my room straight away but I wasn't offered a refund), probably were in another room too as I woke up with new bites, uncomfortable & loud bed, not very clean in the rooms (only the main part of the floor cleaned, hair on the bed)
