- Грязное постельное белье с волосами. В номере 504 на втором этаже было грязно.

- Para empezar no es hotel, más bien un hospedaje, no realizan aseo diario, no cambian las toallas, la ducha estaba quebrada y no dispone de shower o ducha por lo cual el piso del baño se moja completo al ducharse. El baño sin extractor, la habitación muy incómoda, las camas son unos cajones con colchón, el AC/calefacción no funcionan al igual que la tv. El tipo que sirve el desayuno es un plomo No recomendamos para nada este alojamiento ya que no refleja en absoluto lo que publican en sus fotografías
- Bad experience in this hotel. Wifi is not working, TV is not working, shampoo and shower gel didn't provided, only soap, the shower equipment is poor, No water, No hairdryer , some ants in the room. DON'T believe in fake smiles, fake service at this hotel, it will ruined your trip.

- The online price is very high. For the same room, the offline price of the landlord next door is only 32 dollars for 3 nights. There are many flies in the room, which makes me unable to sleep. There is no mineral water in the room. A bottle of mineral water in the supermarket is 6 angstrom pounds. The landlord's son sold us 50 angstrom pounds, and he didn't give change. In short, he was very dissatisfied with his stay.
This is probably the worst place I have stayed in for my whole trip and I have been doing hostel stays for over 10 months now. The owners are really lovely and kind people but they seem way out of their depth running this place. The internet was broken for 3 days and there seemed to be no urgency to fix it. Unfortunately my stay at pyramids hotel was very unpleasant. I am actually quite surprised by the good reviews. I booked the double deluxe room and the receptionist brought me to the wrong room 3 times (a room with 3 single beds, then a room with 2 single beds, then a room with a shared bathroom) until finally he brought me to the correct room. + View of the river
- Amenities weren't great. No functional TV and air conditioning and the receptionist didn't even bother to fix it. Have to queue up for a hair dryer.

- 周边环境恶劣，路是凹凸不平的泥沙路，空气差。另外早餐是定食，两天吃一样的，番茄和青瓜送上来，干巴巴，应该放了很久
+ 酒店地理位置不错，距离码头很近。管家彬彬有礼，虽然没有电梯，但有员工帮忙拿行李。房间可以看到尼罗河，早上可在房间阳台看日出，风景满分。
- 在入住期间出现了银行卡盗刷的情况，因为这张银行卡线下几乎没有使用，仅这次使用。而且在入住时用的非酒店的POS机刷的埃磅，而非美金，所以几乎可以肯定是这次的问题。虽然经过投诉追回来了，但给我们后期的旅行带来了很大麻烦。我不知道店家是否知道这个POS机有问题。但保障游客财产安全应作为店家最主要的责任。另外一点不好的是门口总是有一群出租车司机，只要出门就会不断骚扰你，说NO也不行，还会对indrive司机出言不逊。体验很差。

+ Very spacious and comfortable beds with small personal balcony. Nice sun terrace and location near ferry.

+ Hilfsbereites, unaufdringliches und freundliches Personal. Sehr schöner Ausblick aus der Dachterrasse. Hier ist der Kunde wirklich König.
- Sehr kompetente Beratung und Organisation von Touren aller Art: zu Land, zu Wasser und zur Luft, auch weite Touren sind möglich und alles zu fairen Preisen.
+ Sehr große Wohnung für eine Nacht, preislich sehr günstig. Gut gelegen direkt am Ufer gegenüber von Luxor. Schöne Dachterrasse mit Aussicht und Billiard. Zwei Tage Fahrer organisiert, der uns viel gezeigt hat von Assuan über Luxor bis zur Küste. Guter Fahrer, gutes Auto.
- Hakelige Organisation: Fragen häufig nicht beantwortet. Versuch, bei der Tour nachträglich noch Geld heraus zu schinden. Außerdem sozial bedenkliches Verhalten: ich würde deshalb keine Tour mehr dort buchen. Aber das Hotel war gut.

+ Accueil pro et comme à la maison. L’hôtel est très accueillant et commerçant. Les enfants ont été surclassés pour avoir une plus jolie vue et un pot d’accueil nous a été offert . Chambre confortable et très belle vue sur le Nil.
