Horrible expérience ! Punaises de lit et saleté !

I stayed in a single room on the first floor only two nights ago. I was attacked by bed bugs and subsequently I have welts on 20+ parts of my body. Perhaps I would be more understanding if this was the case after staying in a 6+ bed dorm, however, it was a more expensive room-particularly fore Prague standards.

Unheimlich dreckig, das Bett war zwar frisch bezogen aber im Nachgang hatten wir am ganzen Körper Bisse von wahrscheinlich Bettwanzen oder Flöhen. Ich habe selten ein so dreckiges Bad gesehen! Duschen ohne Badelatschen nicht möglich! Auf keinen Fall zu empfehlen diese Unterkunft!

I was very disappointed with my stay. After requesting a lower bed for health issues, my request was denied. Doesn't matter insisting and clearly showing health issues. The room had a musty smell and I was given a second-floor bunk bed. The noise from the street made it hard to sleep, every 5 seconds there was a car going on the street and the windows couldn't be closed for air circulation. There were only three bathrooms for 24 beds, causing long waits. The service bathroom was cramped, and cherry on the cake I experienced bedbug bites during my stay. Additionally, the receptionist's attitude during checkout was frustrating. This was the worst €20 I've ever spent on a hostel. Never again.
