The staff are nice and polite When you arrive you need to take your own bedsheets and place them. When you check out you must remove them too and take them to -1 floor. No wifi in the rooms. In the middle of the night I woke up full of bedbugs… disgusting!! They changed my room and I had to do everything again, take bedsheets from reception, place them again and of course I couldn’t sleep after that so I just checked out.
