When you arrive you need to take your own bedsheets and place them. When you check out you must remove them too and take them to -1 floor. No wifi in the rooms. In the middle of the night I woke up full of bedbugs… disgusting!! They changed my room and I had to do everything again, take bedsheets from reception, place them again and of course I couldn’t sleep after that so I just checked out.
