Remove unrelated personal information from optional screenshots. Never send passwords, payment details or identity documents. We do not promise a response time.
Accounts and bookings
The ChatGPT plugin requires no HostelPunk login; OpenAI's access rules still apply. Some separate website features use an account. HostelPunk does not book stays or process payments. Contact the external provider for cancellations, refunds or booking changes.
Incorrect or unavailable results
Prices are snapshots and facilities can change. Confirm current information with the accommodation. Send us a link and correction when our information is wrong. Small samples are weak evidence; unknown does not mean absent.
If the plugin is unavailable, try a new ChatGPT conversation with HostelPunk selected, or use hostelpunk.com. Availability depends on OpenAI's platform and account settings.
Privacy requests
Email us with enough information to locate the activity. See our privacy policy and analytics preferences. Disconnecting the plugin stops future calls but does not erase earlier records. Website preferences do not change analytics inside ChatGPT.
