One hostel, several source observations
HostelPunk links listings from Hostelworld, Booking.com, Google Maps, iOverlander, Workaway and OpenStreetMap to one platform-neutral place ID. A source listing is evidence about a place, not the owner of its identity.
How OpenStreetMap is used
OpenStreetMap helps discover hostels and provides location, operator, website and contact tags. It does not provide guest-review quality or social-atmosphere evidence, and a missing object is not treated as proof that a hostel closed.
Verification before publication
New OpenStreetMap-only places remain unpublished until a human verifies that they are current traveler hostels using independent evidence. Existing names, contacts and coordinates are not silently overwritten.
