Travel information
HostelPunk helps you discover and compare hostels and destinations using published information and analysis of guest-reported experiences. The ChatGPT plugin requires no HostelPunk account. Optional website accounts are separate. OpenAI's terms apply to ChatGPT.
We do not reserve accommodation, take payment or manage bookings. External providers' availability, prices, terms, cancellations and eligibility rules apply when you book with them.
Evidence and limitations
Prices are dated snapshots. Confirm dates, room type, occupancy, taxes, fees and availability with the provider. Descriptions, rankings and summaries can be incomplete, outdated or mistaken. Small samples are weak evidence; unknown information does not establish absence or safety. Warnings describe guest reports, not guarantees about current conditions.
AI answers can misinterpret evidence. Check essential accessibility, age, check-in and safety requirements directly with the accommodation.
Use and responsibility
Use HostelPunk lawfully. Do not access private records, bypass restrictions, disrupt the service, impersonate others or submit malicious content. Do not submit passwords, payment credentials or identity documents in searches or feedback.
Using HostelPunk does not grant ownership of its software or third-party material. Source material, images on linked pages and trademarks may have separate rights. Links do not imply endorsement or partnership. See our privacy policy.
Features and availability can change; we may restrict abuse or interrupt service for maintenance or security. We cannot promise every result is complete, current or suitable for you. Nothing here excludes rights or liability that applicable law does not allow us to exclude. These terms do not impose a choice of court, mandatory arbitration or a monetary liability cap.

Email us about service problems, corrections or these terms. Contact your booking provider for booking disputes. Material changes will be explained with the updated terms and effective date.
