Placement Very disappointing experience. We arrived late at night after a long flight and were welcomed by a receptionist who was extremely rude and unfriendly. Her limited English was not the issue—her attitude was. The worst part was the room. My friend woke up covered in what appeared to be bed bug bites after a terrible night’s sleep. When we reported the issue and asked for a refund, the hotel refused to take any responsibility. Poor customer service, unacceptable hygiene, and no concern for guests. We would not recommend staying here.

I just wanted to sleep in the night and the only good thing is location. There are bed bugs and I had to spend the night scratching and trying to find them and kill them. I took pictures and as soon as I complained to the lady, my booking was being shown as cancelled around the time of the checkout. I showed her the blood stains along with the dead bug. I showed her the scratches on my body. What surprises me is the denial.of accountability? I am getting messages like 50 people stayed before and it's an insult to the property when I am actually showing her the evidence. I will not book this place again. I can tolerate bed bugs but not people who live in denial.
