There are bed bugs and I had to spend the night scratching and trying to find them and kill them. I took pictures and as soon as I complained to the lady, my booking was being shown as cancelled around the time of the checkout. I showed her the blood stains along with the dead bug. I showed her the scratches on my body. What surprises me is the denial.of accountability? I am getting messages like 50 people stayed before and it's an insult to the property when I am actually showing her the evidence. I will not book this place again. I can tolerate bed bugs but not people who live in denial.
