I liked the reception area since always too many bachelor's gathering there and smoking including the hotel staff. I felt this very interesting as I witnessed this first time. So it makes very suitable for family. Bad location Bad rooms. Its like 100 years old rooms. AC not working. Windows unable to close and lock. Water closets are 59 years old. Our breakfast experience was utterly pathetic. The food was spoilt, and despite being a group of five, they consistently served portions only adequate for two. During our three-day booking, breakfast was completely skipped on one of the mornings. Furthermore, the bread had an unpleasant, foul smell. Despite repeated assurances that it was merely an MCB trip, the consistent timing across all three nights was highly suspicious and indicative of deliberate action. Beyond the AC, other basic amenities were neglected. The geyser was never switched on, leaving us without hot water, despite our repeated reminders and requests. Similarly, the television was non-functional due to an un-recharged cable connection. We were repeatedly promised it would be recharged "tomorrow," but it remained off for our entire stay. Finally, and most disturbingly, the beds were heavily infested with bed bugs, making our nights incredibly uncomfortable and distressing. Overall, the experience was profoundly disappointing and unacceptable.
