Our stay was marred by numerous significant issues, starting with the highly unprofessional staff. Upon entering the rooms, we were immediately met with a pervasive and unpleasant odor, distinctly smelling of urine. Furthermore, the bedspreads were clearly unwashed and emitted a strong, foul stench. A major concern, especially given Delhi's extreme heat, was the disruption of air conditioning. Every night, for all three days of our stay, the MCB controller (presumably for the AC) was switched off or tripped at approximately 3 AM and remained off until 7 AM. Despite repeated assurances that it was merely an MCB trip, the consistent timing across all three nights was highly suspicious and indicative of deliberate action. Beyond the AC, other basic amenities were neglected. The geyser was never switched on, leaving us without hot water, despite our repeated reminders and requests. Similarly, the television was non-functional due to an un-recharged cable connection. We were repeatedly promised it would be recharged "tomorrow," but it remained off for our entire stay. Finally, and most disturbingly, the beds were heavily infested with bed bugs, making our nights incredibly uncomfortable and distressing. Overall, the experience was profoundly disappointing and unacceptable.

My experience at your hotel was frankly horrible. The entire property was filthy and severely outdated, with facilities in disrepair that bore no resemblance to the images on Booking.com. The room itself was incredibly dirty, and the discovery of bed bugs was particularly distressing, causing me to lose sleep for two consecutive nights. The floors were so dirty, my feet got dirty from walking on them. The actual condition of the room was a complete disappointment and nothing like what was shown online."
