- Cuando llegamos el lugar estaba completamente cerrado, se veía como abandonado, el arbol que se ve en la foto estaba casi encima de toda la casa, todo estaba con candado, nos fuimos de lugar y nos llamaron en la noche diciendo que estaban ahí. Nosotros ya habíamos encontrado otro lugar no se si es estafa o que pero algo raro pasa ahí. Yo los había hablado para confirmar la reservacion y nunca contestaron, pésima experiencia.
- la mala atención del recepcionista hombre que no ayudo a cambiar la fecha y se perdio la reserva. De hecho aun no me contestan por eliminar el cargo que solicite

- Nous n avons pas l habitude de mettre un commentaire horrible mais là nous n avons pas le choix ! Nous sommes arrivés à 17h. Il n’y avait personne à le réception comme bien souvent… Nous avons reçu des messages WHATSAPP pour trouver seul nos clefs. La chambre est sale et les parties communes également notamment la baignoire pleine de cheveux et les toilettes accompagnés de poils. Nous avions un lit beau en apparence bien refait mais sans changement de drap. Lors de l ouverture du drap le DRAME : poils, cheveux, taches en tous genres, bout de papiers… La réceptionniste Joa est venue, incompétente et méchante. Elle nous a agressé en dépliant le lit et nous a recommandé de partir si nous étions pas content , chose que nous avons fait !! Nous avons eu le patron au téléphone, il s est excusé plusieurs fois. Il est apparemment au courant du non professionnalisme de son employé. Nous avons demandé un remboursement qui a été fait le lendemain.

Nice hostel with a lovely host and a simple but great breakfast! There is no general heating in the hostel which makes the bedrooms a bit damp/ humid but it’s is warm enough since there are enough blankets.
It's a great hostel especially if you are seeking for a family vibe! The volunteer did his best job with fire (forgot his name but he's a legend 👍🏻) Loved the breakfast table and had great time there! Graciasss!

Great stay! The staff was really helpfull even though my spanish is very basic. Loved the breakfast, where everyone is sitting at the same table. Makes it very easy to talk to people and arrange plans together. My bed in the dorm room still had plastic on the mattres which made it really squeaky. It's easy to rent bikes at the hostel which is a great way to explore the coastline. The location is perfect, close to the bus station, the city center and walking distance to the beach.

Great hostel! It was fully booked the whole time I was here. Super super clean. The staff is wonderful, so friendly and have a ton of local recommendations.

Les personnes de l’accueil et du ménage étaient adorables, merci à elles pour la propreté des lieux au quotidien ! La maison est idéalement située, et les espaces sont agréables. Le petit déjeuner pourraient être un peu plus copieux.
Super schönes kleines Hostel zwischen Zentrum und Meer. Es war alles sehr sauber und Ordentlich. Die Küche war gut ausgestattet jedoch vielleicht ein bisschen klein wenn mehrere Leute gleichzeitig etwas Kochen möchten. Auch die Atmosphäre war super und man ist schnell mit anderen Reisenden ins Gespräch gekommen. Ich habe mich hier sehr wohl gefühlt und würde es auf jeden Fall weiterempfehlen.
Gorgeous intimate hostel. Loved the breakfast with everyone, easy to make friends. Great location to the supermarket and La Serena town. Can hire bikes for 15,000. Really friendly staff who are knowledge on tours.

Lovely, sweet hostel with beautifully decorated and clean private rooms. The breakfast was really nice with everyone sitting at a table together. A slightly smaller hostel than normal (it is basically a house) but that makes it feel homely. The beach is slightly further than you think but that’s not a slight on the hostel haha.

Geweldig hostel! We voelde ons helemaal thuis. De gastvrouw was ontzettend aardig en vertrouwde haar gasten ook helemaal met betalingen en huur van de fietsen. We mochten na uitchecken ook onze tassen nog laten staan. Geen haast, maar of we wel voorzichtig wilde doen met wandelen naar het busstation in de avond. Een echte ‘huis’ moeder zeiden wij al. We zouden hier zeker nog een keer verblijven op doorreis. Aanrader om in de avond te bezoeken (op de fiets): Pueblito Peñuelas.

+ Die Unterkunft ist mit Liebe zum Details gestaltet. Es ist ein altes Haus, deshalb knarzt es an den Türen, dem Boden überall. Es ist sehr hellhörig. Das Frühstück ist der zentrale Meeting Point für Reisende, man trifft sich, tauscht sich aus. Zum Strand sind es 30 Minuten zu Fuß, mit dem Uber 10.
- Überall sind Duftstecker angebracht, ich bin etwas Geruchsempfindlich, deshalb bemerke ich das.
+ Jacky was there to serve and she did an amazing job. She deserves a pay rise
- Only downside for me was that I got bitten by bugs in both hands. One hand got specially swelling. Jacky sprayed the room every day, specially around my bed... but I ended covering my body entirely with clothes when sleeping to avoid being bitten again. Other than this, the stay was great.
