- Arnaque. L'emplacement donné est un autre hôtel au nom ressemblant. Il demandait le paiement avant d'arriver. Nous avons annulé bien sûr

- Das Zimmer war deutlich kleiner als in booking angegeben. Keine 30 qm. Es gab keine Seife und Shampoo. Das Frühstück war spärlich. Das Personal war überfordert Das Buffet schnell aufzufüllen. Der Kaffee war leider kalt. Das Wlan konnte ich nicht in meinem Zimmer nutzen. Der Empfang war zu schlecht.

- We arrived at the hotel around noon. The staff informed that check-in time was 1:00 PM, so we would need to wait or come back later. Since we had an early morning departure to Lima the next day, our schedule was tight, and didn’t have much time to relax. After a quick discussion, we decided to grab lunch nearby, check in afterward, and then head out for a city tour. However, when we returned from lunch at 1:00 PM, the staff told us the room was still being cleaned and would be ready in 5 minutes. In reality, we were only able to check in at 1:40 PM. To our surprise, the payment process turned out to be another issue. The staff initially asked us to pay in cash. We offered to pay in Bolivian Bolivianos, but he refused, saying that the booking was made in U.S. dollars on Booking.com and must be paid in the same currency. When we explained we didn’t have enough U.S. dollars and could only pay by credit card, he said he would bring the card reader later that evening. He also mentioned that a 5% surcharge would be added for card payments. I protested, saying that this surcharge was not listed on the payment details on Booking.com. The staff insisted that it was mentioned in the property description. We were too tired and short on time to argue, so we gave up and just checked in to stick to our schedule. Later, I reviewed the listing and confirmed that there was no mention of any 5% fee for card payments. To make matters worse, the room had a foul smell—something like sewage. The odor was so strong it was almost unbearable, so we requested to change rooms. A staff member came to check, and said the smell was coming from the gas the radiator used. He then asked a ridiculous question: whether he should just turn the radiator off. Since the temperature drops below freezing at night, and we had already suffered in the cold in Uyuni, we couldn’t risk staying in another freezing room. In the end, we had no choice but to stay in the same, foul-smelling room.

- Cobraron 5% mas de lo estipulado por ustedes por pagar con tarjeta. Desayuno malo y repetitivo. En el desayuno cobraron por los huevos fritos sin mencionar que no era parte del desayuno.

+ Läget var bra, rummet stort, bra sängar, fin trädgård.

- Inget varmvatten, inget Wi-Fi på rummet, dålig frukost, kallt på rummet. Ingen städning av wc andra dagen och eftersom toapapper ska slängas i en liten papperskorg så blir den fort full. 03 på natten hade vi en taxi beställd till flyget via hotellet och killen som jobbar skulle möta upp oss eftersom porten ut till gatan är låst. Men han sov så vi missade taxin, efter att vi bankat och skikt i 20 min kom han upp, beställde en ny taxi men bad inte om ursäkt utan såg bara helt väck ut. Hotellet ligger på en höjd så porten är enda vägen ut!

- La habitación no coincidía con las fotos de la página. No había jaboncillo ni shampoo. La luz del baño estaba quemada, no había nadie que pudiera solucionar el problema. La chapa del baño se estaba desarmando. El café era muy malo, el jugo extremadamente dulce, el pan sin tostar, etc.

- El precio estaba más alto y no lo calcularon al cambio de dolar oficial. Sino al cambio de dolar informal que fue un monto arbitrario. Había reservado una habitación con cama de dos plazas y me dieron una habitación con dos camas pequeñas.

- La ubicación, un callejón con muy poca señalética, no encontrábamos el lugar en la noche ya que sólo es una puerta con un letrero sin luces y por último trancaron su garaje y siendo callejón ni si quiera se puede parquear uno para descargar sus maletas. Luego el desayuno decía continental pero no incluía ni el huevo. El mate de coca debería ser gratis en la sala de estar, eso es esencial, en otros lugares que me aloje estaba siempre disponible.
