+ Cet établissement un un dépotoir. Je vous envoyé des photos pour prouver mes dires. J'ai quitté cet établissement après la première nuit. Le gérant refuse de me rembourser. Ce n'est pas un bonne publicité d'avoir ce type d'établissement dans votre catalogue. A l'avance je vous remercie pour les actions que pourriez prendre pour que le remboursement soit effectué, et, supprimer cet établissement de votre catalogue. Un cleint TRES mécontent. I have sent you photos to prove my claim. I left this establishment after the first night. The manager refuses to refund me. It is not good publicity to have this type of establishment in your catalog. - Nagyon csalódott vagyok! Nagyon messziről utaztam este ide. előre le foglaltuk ami 67€ euróba került plusz kaució 50€ örültünk is az árnak nagyon viszont ami ott fogadott bennünket az borzasztó es egyben undorító! A bűztöl be menni nem lehetett a szőrök a hajak össze vissza a földön az ágyon a tűzhelyen. Amikor fel hívtam a tulajt és szóltam azt a választ kaptam hogy nincs ilyenkor takarítónő ez rendben de az árból nem kaptam vissza semmit mert le mondási díjat fogadsz el mielőtt fizetsz!!! Abban a pillanatban el is jöttünk nem voltam ott 5 percet!! Undorító ami ott fogadott minden úgyhogy hídj nekem nem ajánlom senkinek még a hajléktalan szálló is jobb ettől!!!!

- Koszos büdõs leharcolt.2 éjszakára foglaltunk. Az első éjszakát ugyan ott töltóttük, mert este 22- órakkor 13 óra utazás után nem volt hangulatunk másik szállás útán keresgélni. Buktuk inkább a második éjszaka árát, de nem tudtunk volna ott maradni.
The first night we stayed there, because after 22 or 13 hours of travel we were not in a hurry to find another accommodation. but we preferred the second night, because we could not have stayed there.

- Описание отеля на сайте Booking.com отличается от того, что есть на самом деле: Мы были максимально удивлены состоянием отеля, буквально только вступив на его территорию. Ресепшн по внешнему виду - это какое-то складское помещение или даже не знаю с чем его сравнить, там есть все: припаркованные самокаты, холодильник со следами ржавчины, куча каких-то вещей, сохнущее белье, прямо над головой у сотрудника ресепшена и много чего еще, в общем есть все, кроме порядка - всюду грязь, пыль и никакого намека на порядок. 1. На сайте отеля указано, что номер, который был заказан имеет площадь 22 метра квадратных, по полученной информации от владельца отеля, площадь номера составляет 18 метров квадратных (данный факт не являлся для нас критически важным, но 4 метра квадратных, согласитесь, что это расхождение в информации немалое) 2. В номере отсутствовал электрический чайник, также как и необходимые столовые принадлежности к нему (чашки, ложки, блюдца), на нашу просьбу предоставить его, мы получили отказ от работника ресепшена. Нам сказали, что чайников нет. Для нас это был вопрос критической важности, мы путешествовали с ребенком. 3. На сайте указано, что данный номер для некурящих, мы не смогли себе объяснить, откуда тогда следы пропалов в занавесках и неприятный запах в номере (который преследовал нас еще долго, даже когда мы покинули отель), напомню - мы путешествовали с ребенком. Да, занавески почему-то были только на одном окне, второе окно было закрыто ставнями, может быть причина именно в том, что Номер для "Некурящих". 4. Также для нас было важно наличие кухни, это один из главных критериев, по которому мы выбирали отель. В номере кухня отсутствует, что соответствует описанию, но для пользования гостей предусмотрена общая кухня. Для нас было огромным шоком, то что мы увидели, когда нас привели посмотреть на данное помещение.

- Kitchen extremely filthy, dirty dishes in dishwasher, over, stove, plates, extremely filthy. No dishcloths, no forks, 1 cup for 4 people. Broken glass in dishwasher. Kitchen could not be used. Cupboard falling apart. Got email that parking OK no extra charge but had to pay 30 Euros extra. No air-conditioning! Listed with Air-conditioning False advertising air-conditioning and parking.

- Сами апартаменты - притон, соседи не пойми кто, во дворе бегают крысы, чистоты нет вообще внутри, всё старое, еле живое, дикая сырость. Будучи совсем не привередливыми, семью в такие условия никому не советую солить. Фото совершенно не соответствует реалиям.
very polite guy at the reception, waited for us late at night, met, showed everything. the apartments themselves - a shed, neighbors you don't know who, rats are running around in the yard, cleanliness is not at all inside, everything is old, barely alive, wild damp. being not at all polite, I would not advise anyone to leave the family in such conditions. the photo does not correspond to reality at all.

I spent two nights here, everything worked well, staff was very helpful and dorm was clean, my mattress was old and made funny noises but it was comfortable enough to rest well. Kitchen was well equipped. Great location, wall distance to tram station and metro station.

+ Bella stanza grande, molto spaziosa, pulita, frigo a disposizione in camera. Ben servito dai mezzi pubblici. Staff disponibile e gentilissimo (anche chi non parlava una parola di inglese)
- La cucina in comune con gli altri ospiti era sporca in maniera indicibile, infatti non ne abbiamo usufruito. L'edificio é in ristrutturazione per cui l'ingresso e le scale erano costantemente ricoperte di polvere. La reception é praticamente un magazzino, non il massimo dell'accoglienza. Guardando peró il rapporto qualitá-prezzo sono rimasta soddisfatta.

Disposable and gentle staff (even those who did not speak a word of English) The common kitchen with the other guests was unspeakably dirty, in fact we did not enjoy it. The building is under renovation so the entrance and staircase were constantly covered in dust. The reception is practically a warehouse, not the maximum of the reception. Keeping however the quality-price ratio I remain satisfied...
