Anami Hotel Boutique

+ The staff were helpful even late at night. The shower in the family room is great. There is no coffee stations in the room but there is a coffee station in the main building which were great.

- The rooms are old and walls are thin. I could hear everything happening in the next room. There is no lift and we had to carry bags upstairs with no help. The area is very noisy and the rooms not very soundproof. The upstairs shower is very small. Wooden floors have splinters in them. The couch was very uncomfortable. I would not call this a Boutique hotel at all and I do not agree with the rating. I think it is way too high. We have stayed in 5 hotels over South America and other amazing hotel have much lower ratings.

- El frio q hacia en la habitación. El ruido ya que hay una calle al lado y no esta bien insonorizado. Las persianas dejan de pasar toda la luz. Me desperte a las 3 de la mañana y creia q era de dia cuando me asome, eran las luces dejan la calle

+ The staff was very friendly and the breakfast was very delicious. Unlimited tea supply was a plus

- The room was very cold. Light came in through the door windows. It was very loud because of the location right next to the street

- Old building, old decor, room was freezing cold. Shower had no hot water

+ Het verblijf begon super, alles goed geregeld en vriendelijk personeel. In het persoonlijk willen wij Rosa bedanken aangezien zij echt het verschil heeft gemaakt voor ons. Ze is een super gastvrouw en regelt alles tot in de puntjes voor je. Gracias Rosa!

- Helaas is enthousiasme volledig naar beneden gehaald aangezien we bij uitchecken 10$ moesten betalen voor een scheurtje in het dekbedovertrek. Dit scheurtje zat er al bij aankomst en hebben wij absoluut niet gedaan. Het is jammer dat wij op deze manier in de maling worden genomen door het hotel. Pas op bij je verblijf, wij komen hier in ieder geval niet meer terug. Een domper op ons verblijf in Anami.

+ The staff were very welcoming and friendly. The room was large and spacious. Cute little colonial style hotel.

- Service is friendly and accommodating although English was not great but they tried and it was far better than my Spanish. The bed was uncomfortable, the room was not soundproof so we could hear everything that was happening outside on the street. Every car, every drunk argument, every footstep walking past at night. The bathroom had no ventilation or exhaust fan. It was so spacious and large and yet had no space to hang or put anything on (a rail, some bench space and some hooks would've been nice to have). No lifts, but only going up 1 flight of stairs so if you have heavy luggages, that might be a struggle. The location is OK but not central to anything. The bed and pillows are uncomfortable. There was peeling paint and cracks in the walls. The decor is cute, but not useful to that space. The breakky was average.

+ Really friendly staff members happy to provide restaurant recommendations and organise laundry for us. Decent breakfast and location. Large room with seating area.

- The cleanliness - clean towels provided consistently had stains on them. There was a sewage smell in our room. There was no hot water for showers on our last day - we told the reception staff and they did not give us any refund. The rooms are old so there is a lack of plug sockets. Room was expensive for what you get.

+ Excelente hospedaje, limpio, confortable, super equipado, los colaboradores muy amables atentos. Todas mas facilidades para que huésped tenga una excelente estadía.

+ Staff was wonderful there, so complimenting and caring.

+ L’emplacement dans le quartier agreable de Sopocachi, la decoration et l’agencement autour du patio qui faisait se sentir chez soi

+ Excellent location for our business meetings in La Paz - very close to ministries with lots of great bars, cafes and restaurants within an easy walk. Plus loved the garden, the restaurant (felt like eating in a family kitchen) and the comfortable rooms.

- Hot water took some work!

+ La atención del personal siempre dispuesto a ayudar, el barrio en dónde se encuentra muy peatonal y con opciones para comer cerca. Buen desayuno incluído y en general la habitación bastante cómoda y amplia

- Podrían mejorar el mobiliario del baño es bastante viejo y hay un olor de pronto que supongo viene de las tuberías

- Breakfast could be improved, not bad not terrible. Room in the night was cold and portable heater was not enough.

+ Lovely place to stay. Very comfortable and private room and hot shower. Juan and pilar were wonderful. I would definitely come back
