The bathroom wasn’t great. The locks on several toilet stalls were broken and the lights in the shower stalls didn’t come on. I also found bugs in the bedding. Didn’t end up staying and booked somewhere else.

The toilets and showers weren’t the cleanest and in the lady’s only bathrooms there is almost no space do you hair or makeup. You can’t lock your cabin from the outside without buying or bringing your own padlock. This wasn’t communicated well. Lastly, I came home with bedbug bites. This is a serious issue! I have seen that they get comments about this often and zedwell is constantly replying to those comments with the same answers. But it doesn’t look like there is actually something being done. Get it fixed!

I ended up being covered in bumps and red spots which I believe was from bed bugs. My arms, back of neck and elbows are covered in these small red spots which are itchy and irritating. The bed clearly were not cleaned properly as I saw the maids in the morning do a poor job in cleaning the bed. There was also no locks so we had to spend an extra 7 pounds at boots to get two tiny locks that didn't even work. The staff were also hostile and fairly blunt/rude in general when I had an interaction with them.

Minor details: - Thuds in pods can be noisy when guests are moving in / out (I wore earbuds) - Pods are NOT air-conditioned (extractor fan in pod pulls in external aircon via small vents). They do get stuffy but I didn’t have the problems with the humidity some have pictured (even with a wet towel in the pod). Building still feels like work in progress externally but for the price this is fine. Externally, scaffolding has been in place for around 5 years, with no work ongoing. This is likely so that scaffolding can be used to generate advertising revenue. As a local, I know this inappropriate covering of the facade of a listed building has upset many.

DIRTY BED SHEETS, bedbugs!! I asked for a refund and the staff rejected ! I had to leave at 2 AM !!!

Mi primera cápsula tenía chinches y pelos negros . No la habían limpiado. Por descuido. Me dieron otra a la que era difícil acceder y las escaleras son bastante pequeñas . Es complicado. La ducha mojaba todo....la ropa seca también. Es difícil entender por donde ir pasando las puertas... Quizá cinco para llegar a la salida por distintas direcciones y 3 para lograr llegar al baño. Y con todos los inconvenientes sí me cambiaron de habitación, pero lo primero fue horrible y no me dieron ni opción de reembolso parcial ni le dan la importancia que tiene que haya chinches

I was there for three nights and they didn't change the sheets, I ended up with a lot of bedbug bites or something!

Left half-way through my stay, requested a refund, there were bed bugs, loud fights at night, dirty bathrooms, leaky showers, No A/C, just a fan, no padlocks sold at the hotel or around (although staff will send you to Tesco like headless chicken where the sales people start asking you to name the person who keeps sending people their way from Zedwell), the elevator screens are broken, when I checked-out half a week earlier, the staff didn't even care to ask why, no toilet paper in shows, no faucet for water to refill bottles... yeah. Never again, a lesson worth 200 euros.
