   ***BEWARE OF THIS PROPERTY*** They wouldn’t let me change my reservation by 1 day **despite the reservation being months away**. I requested to change the reservation less than 2 hours after I made it because I accidently messed up the date. They then go on to be rude as well as lie to me (read further and refer to screenshots). As you can see their managers have complained to me about leaving a poor review. They say their policy said non-refundable, and the policy of no modification was NOT clearly stated, although it was only deep in the fine print. Also they lied and said a free cancellation option was available, but the only options were non-refundable. I've attached images showing that they do NOT offer non-refundable rates, and that their "no modification" policy is NOT clearly stated. And also, their tone may sound nice, but I've attached a screenshot of the booking conversation where they are much less professional (which was also Wiktoria). They keep asking me for respect, but what respectful property would lie and talk to their guests this way? The manager complained to me saying it was unfair to review their hostel before staying with them, but the experience of dealing with a property is what makes or breaks the overall experience at a hostel. Dealing with this hostel has been an absolute headache. I hope fellow travelers take this as a warning to how painful dealing with this property is, and just know that they don't really care to make your experience working with them a good one.

   The location was great, right in the historic centre - the fact that reception was 24hours available also great. Some of the staff was also very kind and helped me with questions I had. Cheap? Yes. BUT it wasn’t a clean hostel I have to be honest, I didn’t even take a shower because of how disgusted I felt… the bathrooms smell and my locker/drawer was never clean before my arrival as I found a sock and a few other trash inside… Also the rooms are soooo small, which means you really are right next to the other people/beds making everything even more difficult. It was also disappointing to see that you even have to pay to use the common kitchen.. never had this before. Was also disappointed to see that a good review is encouraged with a free drink- which makes me question how honest are the reviews after all… Thank you though, I did feel at least safe during my stay

    ワルシャワ王宮のすぐ近くで、場所は最高でした。セキュリティもしっかりしているように思いました。私の場合、次の目的地に向かうためのバス停までの行き方が難しかったのですが、フロントのスタッフの方が親切に教えてくれたので、とても助かりました。
