BED BUGS in this hostel!! At first glance, it seems like a great hostel with a lot to offer. The surf lesson I had was okay, but I got a bit injured and the surf instructor didn't seem to care much. Two days later, I discovered bed bugs in my bed :( The staff didn't seem to care at all. I was assigned a new bed, but there was no communication about how they were going to resolve this or how I was doing. They didn’t apologize whatsoever. RECENTLY BUGS! stayed beginning of this week, feedback goes in both directions.... problematic: BEDBUGS in one of the dorms! many of the staff don't speak English and they are often not able (due to management) to react to needs (toilet paper, AC, etc...) Also not enough bathrooms/toilets. location is amazing. far from center but worth it. have their own surf equipment and teachers.
