The bed was noisy! The bedbugs was on walls! The other guests were odd as well! It was hot as hell. Spend whole night sitting in the lobby and had to book another place so could sleep in peace. And so many other people were there too sitting because rooms were really hot.

Ich habe schon in vielen Hotels geschlafen – von einfach bis luxuriös – aber das hier war eine Erfahrung, die man eigentlich nur in einem schlechten Albtraum erwartet. Schon die erste Nacht fühlte sich an, als würde ich in einem Maschinenraum eines Kriegsschiffes schlafen. Türen knallen ununterbrochen, Gäste brüllen auf dem Flur herum, irgendwer schleudert Möbel durch die Gegend – und das alles weit nach Mitternacht. An Schlaf war nicht zu denken. Selbst mit Ohrstöpseln war es, als würde ein Panzer durchs Zimmer rollen. Dann das Zimmer selbst: ein Schock beim Betreten. Die Bettlaken sahen aus, als wären sie seit Jahren nicht mehr wirklich gewaschen worden – fleckig, vergilbt, teilweise mit kleinen Löchern. Und als Krönung: Bettwanzen. Ich wachte morgens mit Stichen am ganzen Körper auf. Die Möbel sind so heruntergekommen, dass man Angst hat, sie anzufassen. Der Schrank roch muffig, der Teppich klebte, und die Vorhänge hätten dringend eine Grundreinigung nötig. Das Frühstück war dann die nächste Enttäuschung. Alles wirkte lieblos hingeklatscht. Kalter Kaffee, labbrige Brötchen vom Vortag und ein Rührei, das aussah, als wäre

Ich kann nach 5 Tagen nur sagen fahrt nicht in dieses Hostel sucht euch für wenig Geld mehr ein anderes🙏. Die Begründung steht unten Es ist alles ziemlich heruntergekommen, eklige Bettwäsche mit Flecken und Löchern, sehr dreckige Böden, wenig Platz, viel kaputte Ausstattung z.B. Löcher in der Schränken und hinter der Heizung lagen verschiedene Hygieneartikel, viele Fliesen im Bad sind kaputt und die Wasserarmatur hat ihre besten Jahre hinter sich. An Tag drei haben wir Bettwanzen in Matratzen gefunden... . An den Wänden sind tote Mücken und Kaugummis. Überall gibt es hier Cams zur Überwachung und ab 22Uhr gibt es eine Security die die Nachtruhe und das Zimmergebot kontrollieren bei Verstoß wird dieser sehr streng geahndet mit Geldstrafen(85€).

*EKELERREGEND* Ich bin hier auf Klassenfahrt und wir sind alle erschreckt. Als erstes möchte ich sagen, dass wir BETTWANZEN gefunden haben. Eine Mitschülerin hat an ihrem ganzen Arm Stiche. Außerdem ist das Hotel ist in einem sehr schlechten Zustand. Die Betten haben einige Flecken, und in der Bettwäsche sind kleine Löcher. An den Holzrahmen fehlen teilweise Stücke, und die Schränke sind wackelig oder schon halb kaputt. Die Wasserhähne sind abgenutzt und verkalkt, die Fensterbretter ebenfalls stark beschädigt. Auch in den Wänden sind kleine Löcher zu sehen. Unteranderem ist teilweise Grafitti auf dem Boden und an den Schränken. Außerdem gibt es eine Ausgangssperre ab 22Uhr, nach der man nichtmal mehr auf die Gänge darf. Wenn man dies jedoch tut, bezahlt man eine Strafe von 85€. Dies wird mit Securitys und Kameras kontrolliert. Insgesamt wirkt alles alt, schmutzig und vernachlässigt. Für den Preis eine absolute Enttäuschung – ich würde definitiv nicht wiederkommen.

Achtung: unser Zimmer war grundsätzlich okay, abgesehen von kaputter Möbel/Türen, aber andere Bewohner hatten Bettwanzen bei sich oder Wasserohrbrüche. Das Gym kostet ca. 5 Euro Eintritt pro Tag, falls man das machen will. Frühstück ist ganz gut, wechselt jeden Tag, aber es gibt keine wirklichen Alternativen für Menschen, die auf Glutenfreie Produkte angesetzt sind. Es wird täglich der Mülleimer im Zimmer gewechselt

Normalerweise schreibe ich keine Rezensionen, aber geht bitte nicht in dieses Hostel. Ich war dort eine Woche für eine Klassenreise und es war schrecklich. Unser Zimmer war dreckig und mit Lage zwischen der öffentlichen Toilette und dem Fahrstuhl ( Zimmer 31), hatte man keine Ruhe. Auf nachfrage wurde nur gesagt, dass nichts zu machen sei. Nicht einmal die vollkommen voll geblutete Matratze wurde ausgetauscht. Beim benutzen der Toilette lief diese auf einmal über und der Boden wurde komplett nass. Man sagte uns wieder, dass da nichts zu machen sei und nur mit langen Diskussionen wurde die Toilette von 2 Damen im Schlafanzug repariert, die dann das dreckige Handtuch auf unserem Boden ausgewrungen haben und uns auslachten. Die Frau an der Rezeption schrie uns ständig an, wenn wir mit einem Problem zu ihr gingen und erzählte, sie habe ja persönliche Probleme. Bettwanzen hatten wir zum Glück nicht und das Frühstück war akzeptabel, aber alles andere dreckig und ekelig. In der Lobby befanden sich zudem viele Betrunkene, die später vom Personal in ihr Zimmer getragen wurden. Ständig wurde man von merkwürdigen Menschen beobachtet, die halb nackt auf den Sofas saßen. Der Geruch von Füßen war durchgängig vorhanden. Die Ruhezeiten wurden strikt durchgesetzt. Zumindest bei Schüler. Betrunkene nahmen die Securities anscheinend als nicht störend war. Prag ist eigentlich schön, jedoch nicht mit dem Wissen dass man abends in das Hostel zurückkehren muss.

It's an ok budget place, however if you are searching for their extras like pool, table soccer or sauna nothing was in working order. As for the rooms they were dorm style and in an ok state, however we found bedbugs in some beds, we were -after a lot of complications- given another room.

The staff were fantastic, the facilities are great, the pool and sauna lovely. The location was fine, some nice spots around and easy enough to get into town. However, I noticed some specs all over my sheets (not knowing initially what they were) the day after I left I showed up in loads of small bites, I suspect bed bugs.

DO NOT STAY HERE unless you want your holiday ruined by bedbugs. I stayed in a shared room, and someone who used the same bed before me found out there were bedbugs. the hostel completely brushed it off and just told me they needed to do “extra cleaning” for the room. They moved me to another room; but didn’t take it seriously at all. Later, the girl who stayed in the room with me told me she had actually seen bedbugs overnight which explained everything. (the photo attached is the one she sent me) Even after changing rooms, I woke up with SEVEN BEDBUG BITES including on my face. I reported it to the hostel again and they said they’d send their cleaners to inspect the bed. A few hours later they told me there were no signs of bedbugs- even though I HAD CLEAR BITES ALL OVER MY BODY. They still REFUSED TO LET ME CHANGE ROOMS and just offered to wash my clothes. So I had to sleep in the same room again. And surprise! the next morning, I woke up with two more bites. At this point, I tried to switch hostels and get a refund but nothing worked. It’s been over a month since my trip to Prague, and honestly all I remember now are the bites, the itching, and the stress. My holiday was completely ruined. If you’re looking for a way to turn your vacation into a nightmare - this is the perfect place.

I got bed bugs from this hostel, avoid this like the plague. I did receive a partial refund of my stay however.

I stayed there for three nights. I don’t recommend, cause I have BEDBUGS bites all over my body. Now I’m scared I took it home..

Everything starting from incompetent and useless staff. They hired all useless people to be receptionist, these people take this job because it’s cheaper I guess and No Czech person is there. All people who don’t know the Czech culture and hospitality are working there. They don’t know how it’s important to be respectful and behave like Czech people. Czech people are helpful kind and polite. But in this hostel there are No Czech people. There are people who are not local and these people give no value for tourists and they are just to take the little money and Czech people want to be fairly paid. Rooms are horrible like an old hospital. Pool and sauna is dirty as shit. Found a bedbug and I would never go to this place ever at all. I had to call the police because of harassment in the hostel. Police warned them and told me that I must write a review on this hostel. The staff were helping a drunk guy who was abusive in the hostel because he belonged to a country of one of the reception personnel. So when I called the police then the receptionist ran away and distanced himself from this person. They told me not to call police and was trying to scare me up. When the police came then that man apologised for being abusive and the police warned him to not repeat himself again. But even after this truth the hostel receptionist did not remove that guy for misconduct. This tatoo Ukrainian woman who seems to be a drug addict is the worst person ever on a receptionist job. Uneducated and ignorant

The Ukrainian receptionist with tattoos all Over is very unhelpful rude and seems like a drug addict. They give rooms to disgusting men and there was one guy dirty and drunk and loud and he was fighting with everyone in the room. I had to call the police because this man pushed me in front of that Indian receptionist who did nothing and was watching. Because both of them were Indian. I called the police and this Indian receptionist ran away and the police warned this another Indian guy who pushed me that if he touches me again then they will lock him up. Glad there is police station beside the hostel. This Ukrainian tatoo girl was so upset when the police came that she was telling me that I should have not called the police. The hostel is managed by these Ukrainian people and nobody is from Czech Republic. Czech people are nice and they help tourists as seen in other hostels. This whole hostel is disgusting. The rooms are horrible, found some bed bugs, the pool is filthy dirty with mold . The sauna is dirty where people are spitting and smells horrible. Location is far from the city and the building is a soviet style abandoned building. There are better hostels in the old town which are nice and convenient. I recommend to avoid this dirty unsafe place

Komplette Katastrophe, Schimmel in der Dusche, Bettwanzen und extrem unkooperatives Personal. Nicht zu empfehlen.

Ich habe dort geschlafen, leider habe ich es zu spät gesehen aber in meinem Bett waren Bettwanzen….. Das Zimmer war total dreckig. Ein Stern ist viel zu VIEL!

Er zaten bedwantsen in het bed. De ventilators waren heel gevaarlijk boven jet bed, waarbij ik mijn hoofd heb gestoten en in het ziekenhuis terecht kwam. Het is goed afgelopen, maar een verschrikkelijke ervaring

Hier moet je niet heen!!! Wij kwamen binnen en het viel gelijk op dat er overal bloedsporen zaten op de muur en matras ook de gezellige bedwantsen waren aanwezig. Het personeel was onvriendelijk en chagrijnig. De ventilators zijn gevaarlijk geplaatst recht boven een stapel bed met scherpe bladen ik heb zelf mijn hoofd open gehaald door dit ding ik moest naar een tjechisch ziekenhuis uiteindelijk goedgekomen maar het was niet boffen. I had horrible experience with bed bugs.

Toen we in het hostel liepen werden we meteen aangesproken en uitgescholden door de hotelmanager omdat hij dacht dat we een andere groep waren, goed je kan je vergissen. Vervolgens werden we naar onze kamer geleid en er lagen nog oude kleren van de vorige bezoekers maar staff wou ons niet geloven. In de bedden zaten bedwantsen en bloedsporen. Ook deed staff racistisch tegen ons omdat we uit kazachstan kwamen ???, eten was bedorven en het ruikte muf in het hostel. De medewerker met zwart gekrult haar probeerde ons ook steeds een boete aan te smeren wat overigens hun verdienmodel is. Vervolgens kregen we op onze laatste, en overigens tweede dag een boete van 50eu omdat we overlast veroorzaakde, ze wouden er niet op in gaan maar op de bon stond "stone breathing", echt belachelijk aangezien niemand van ons rookt of zoiets doet? Erg vreemd hostel en ik zou hier niet meer terugkomen

Me ases ganaron una habitación infestada de chinches. Aunque me cambiaron,deben estar más pendientes del aseo y la asignación a habitaciones que tengan problemas como la que me asignaron. De todos das maneras el personal es amable y me cambiaron a otra habitación , en compensación me dejaron son noches solo en una habitación .

I booked this place cause I was looking for a place with luggage room. They don't have luggage room, they have a free service for thieves where anyone can come in and out and take whatever they want. They said it's fine cause the police station is in front of the hostel, cause of course, I wanna spend my holidays in a police station. The way the staff said it made me realise that they are used to it and don't care about they guests. If I would have known that they didn't have a luggage room, I would have just booked in another place or left my bag at a locker in the station. Didn't have time to go back to the station cause had things booked and planned, and had to spend the day carrying a heavy bag around Prague. My back finished totally destroyed and in pain. On the other side, the bed bunks are totally unstable, they move a lot and u will wake up each time that the person that is up simple move or goes to the bathroom. Mattresses are very old, completely sunk, which screwed up even more. Got bitten by bed bugs, even on my face!!! Thanks God I only spent here one night, I totally don't recommend this place.

C'est une usine ....un espèce de repères de colonie de vacances....des groupes scolaires partout qui sont irrespectueux... Dans la petite pièce commune aucun Respect pour les gens qui veulent se reposer ça picole a 100 dans le seul salon. La piscine c'est un attrape couillon elle est froide. ..le sauna en panne Les matelas datent des années 80...pas plastifié attention au punaise de lit. Il fait humide partout... Les gens à l'accueil sont froids... Le petit dej a 6e ne vaux pas 6e.... La salle de sport faut payé Si vous louez une serviette on vous taxe le lavage.... Aucune activité proposée c'est mort .... La pire auberge que j'ai faite en europe Une usine de 500 lit .... fuyez !

BETTWANZEN!! Gutes Preis-Leistungsverhältnis. Zimmer hat stark nach Urin gerochen. Aber so relativ sauber, nur was überhaupt nicht schön war, waren die Bettwanzen. Deswegen würde ich hier nicht nochmal hin.

Ich war bei meiner Abschlussfahrt in diesem Hotel und wir waren alle entsetzt. Die Zimmer waren dreckig und die Bettwäsche anscheinend nicht gewaschen. Auf dem Bett waren Flecken und unten drunter wurde nicht gesaugt. Ganz zu schweigen von den schlechten Matratzen und brüchigen Betten. Wir haben sogar ein verschimmeltes Bonbon gefunden und in einem anderen Zimmer waren Bettwanzen. Zweimal wurden wir von einem unfreundlichen Mitarbeiter angemotzt, dass wir laut waren obwohl wir alle im Bett lagen und zwei Zimmer weiter Geschrei war. Das Frühstück bestand aus billigem Toast, Käse, Wurst und Cornflakes und hat sich für den Preis absolut nicht gelohnt. Nicht mal für die Lage lohnt sich das Hostel, da es sehr abgelegen ist. Letztendlich ist es absolut nicht zu empfehlen und man findet sicherlich etwas Besseres.

War mit meiner Schulklasse hier und es war Katastrophe. Personal ist/war extrem unhöflich und frech. Das Frühstück bestand nur aus Toast, einem einzigen Käse, Schinken und Salami. Für Veganer gab es kaum/keine Auswahl. Auch wurden Bettwanzen entdeckt und die Bettbezüge waren fast alle dreckig. Also alles im allem: Kann ich nicht empfehlen.

My family and I stayed 3 nights. Kids loved having the pool (a bit cool for me) and sauna. Had a few pre-booking questions that were all answered promptly on Facebook chat. Once there checked in by Bambam who was very helpful. It's a hostel so don't expect hotel. Our 4-bed room was just enough space and you could control the heat. Be careful in the raised shower (you should install handrails). Walls are thin so bring earplugs if it disturbs you. Read one review from a few years back say there were bedbugs...if that was the case they are gone now. Shops around and downtown is 20 min or so on the tram. Thanks, we had a great stay!

During our stay on school trip we found bedbugs in our rooms. The staff didn't want to give us full refund so we had to quit our reservation. :/

We were on a school trip and we stayed in this hostel for one night. We discovered bed bugs in our rooms (217 and 218). Some of us were bitten. The stuff wasn't very helpful and we quited our reservation. I don't recommend defenitely. :'(((((

We discovered bedbugs in our room So.. 04.02.2020

This is the worst place I have ever stayed. We stayed here two nights and the first morning our friend woke up with bites all over her body. Anyway, next night we went to bed and found that bed bugs were throughout the bedding. We went and informed staff who laughed, and told us that we had bought bed bugs into the hostel. Since then saying this, the rest of us checked our bed only to find they were also infested with bed bugs. When demanding a new room we were told they were “full”, only until our trip manager came out and requested for a new room. There were several other guests standing in the lobby who’s rooms were also infested with bed bugs. Since that, we had to remove all paper and plastic items from our suit cases at 1am in the morning, so that the contents could be steamed. Meaning we had to walk around the hostel in towels... as everything else was being steamed to rid the bed bugs. Upon receiving our items back, one of the suit cases was warped and completely out of shape. We went to reception and spoke to two different people who honestly couldn’t care less, and claimed that the infestation was not their problem. If you want a sleepless, and stressful stay, this is your place. Would not recommend this hostel to anyone. Please look elsewhere.

It was my first time ever staying in a hostel so I didn't know what to expect but I was disappointed .the tiles on the sealing looked like they see better days with patches of mold and stains from what looks like a old leak.the locker doors you had to be a bit heavy handed with them close and open them .I also felt and see bed bugs on the sheets and pillows.i think the sheets wherent changed after as offter as they should. As I was here for 7 days .over that time I shared the the room with 4 other people. When one person left there bed wouldn't be touched by housekeeping probably would be for a day maybe 2 on average while I was there they wouldn't touch the beds .I kinda expected them not to change the sheet for someone who staying a week but kinda expected it be do for when some has checked. I work in a hotel and I have some idea on how house keeping works

BEDBUGS! The bed had bedbugs. Went to reception to complain and they just pretended I was stupid - they said my crazy big red spots all around were just mosquito bites. Shitty bed hygiene. Wouldn't recommend going there!

BEDBUGS!!! Would not recommend to anyone. Got bitten multiple times by bedbugs all over body, found out too late that a million of them lived under the mattress otherwise I would never spend a night there. Also bad experience with the rude staff trying to take your money under false pretenses for smoking in the room.

Bedbugs bedbugs bedbugs. If you want bedbugs come here. Me And my friends got bites all over. They knew the room was infested but they still rented the room the sheets and covers were unwashed smelled like sweet from unwashed sheets. Worst experience ever the front desk was lazy they are smoking in the back and are never at the desk to do their jobs. Bad security extremely lazy staff. Three of my friends were there with bedbugs... It's also in a shady area away from downtown. Cheap 24 hour look and feel.
