Overpriced. Aircon failed a few times. The toilet was not functioning properly. The 4 Bed dorm is absolutely crammed, no curtains or anything to give you any kind of privacy, so If someone wants to watch a movie the rest of the dorm has to watch it aswell. Beds are made out of wood which is just giving bedbugs a warm welcome. Breakfast is really disappointing aswell. No laundry service. It's actually not that bad, but if you consider how expensive this is and that a few $ more a night could get you your own hotel room for the night at one of the many hotels here.. It's just unbelievable how this at best mediocre hostel has reviews that good.

Great hostel with no real rival. Free sunrise/set tours every other day. I got bed bugs here so hard not to complain about it. Not their fault, but their beds are not bedbug proof and lots of cracks in the bunkbeds which doesn't help. Weird that they left the other people in the room though. Was changed to a private room, which was nice. Bit pricey, bit no real rivals and always busy so obviously doing something right.

Vibe-Analyse
Ostello Bello Bagan Pool ist um eine echte Poolszene gebaut: ein Ort zum Abkühlen nach Pagoden, am Tiki Bar abhängen, Happy Hour mitnehmen oder es mellow halten, ohne dass das Hostel zum Vollvolumen-Zirkus wird. Die soziale Seite wirkt echt, aber nicht zu pushy. Es funktioniert, um Reisebuddys zu treffen, Bagan-Pläne zu teilen und Abende in den Common Areas zu verbringen, lässt aber trotzdem Raum für ruhige Poolzeit. Staff kann mit E-Bikes, Bussen, Tuk Tuks, Tagestrips, Pickups und lokalen Tipps helfen, was die Bagan-Logistik viel einfacher macht. Zimmer sind generell sauber und bequem, mit starker AC stellenweise, geräumigen Privatzimmern, bequemen Betten, Handtüchern und nützlichen Details wie internationalen Steckdosen. Die Lage ist praktisch für New Bagan, nahe Restaurants, kleinere Monumente und das Rausfahren zu Tempeln per E-Bike oder Fahrrad.

- Dormbetten haben eventuell keine Vorhänge, und Locker können extra kosten.
- Servicepreise für E-Bikes, Laundry, Essen, Busse, Guides oder Massage sollten vorher geprüft werden.
- Pool- und Barbereiche können laut werden, besonders wenn lokale Besucher da sind.
