BEDBUGS!!! I found many classic marks of bedbugs in the private room I was given, both on sheets and the pillow. I requested another room (which was given after lots of pushback and gaslighting), and that room also had multiple clear marks! There was also an absolute mosquito infestation in both rooms, and staff was dimissive. The property is refusing to refund me, calling the mark “cigarette burns” which is absolute nonsense. The property is beautiful, but please go elsewhere at least for now!

Locatie, prijs Airco die een raar geluid maakt, muggen die zich kunnen verstoppen in de muren, kieren in de badkamer zodat muggen naar binnen kunnen komen. En bedwansten aangetroffen. (Bedbugs) en geen gordijnen in de keuken, weinig privacy en wakker door de zon licht

The view, one of the front desk guy is friendly, but the waits is 30min to check in I got bite by a bed bug, even the doctor gave me a diagnosis letter of the tropical bed bug. The Selina hotel manager Fernanda refuse to refund me and said their pest control checked no bugs. Extremely rude and unprofessional service.

The view Avoid at any cost! I got bite by a bed bug, right after I checked in to my room. The Selina hotel refuse to refund me and refuse to admit there was a bed bug. I even just ask for refund for the nights I haven’t stayed yet.
