BEDBUGS!!! I found many classic marks of bedbugs in the private room I was given, both on sheets and the pillow. I requested another room (which was given after lots of pushback and gaslighting), and that room also had multiple clear marks! There was also an absolute mosquito infestation in both rooms, and staff was dimissive. The property is refusing to refund me, calling the mark “cigarette burns” which is absolute nonsense. The property is beautiful, but please go elsewhere at least for now!
