    The location is central, convenient to the train station and local museums etc. The on-duty staff member was friendly. Self-check-in is very easy. Citybox' premises are more like centrally located student digs, a bit tatty, not welcoming, and, first time there, not that easy to navigate to find the room after a day of travelling. While the bed was comfortable, the room was very basic. Yes, there were towels (someone asked this in one of the review exchanges) - but there weren't even any glasses or cups to drink tap water from. So if you don't have something with you, you drink straight from the tap. The room has a strange floor covering that can't be hygienic— a kind of rough, slip-proof plastic that gathers dirt easily. There were cigarette burn marks on the fittings in the bathroom. All of these together create a negative impression. I booked this because of the location (proximity to the station and centre, as I arrived late from the airport) and also as an experiment, as I'd never stayed in a self-checkin place before. Some people will love the automated nature of Citybox, but there are other more traditional hotel options which are only marginally more expensive nearby, which, personally, I would definitely choose every time from now on. Sorry guys.

    地理位置太好了，出了奥斯陆中央火车站往左走几百米，去哪里都很方便，去主街购物步行几分钟，去蒙克美术馆和奥斯陆歌剧院步行几分钟，去阿克尔码头步行10分钟，去奥斯陆皇宫步行15分钟，去教堂几分钟，位置太好了，我们在奥斯陆3天都是步行，可以很好的观光。在酒店大厅的自助入住机上办理入住很方便，退房也都是自助很方便。房间略小了一些，对于有大行李的旅客，确实不方便。
