The internet service was a very bad & the wifi connection was just as bad. Staff knew very well of the situation & their option was to either upgrade your room to a balcony room which however gave better internet connection. Also the rooms where both riddled with bed bugs & they where everywhere. Staff where informed & they were also well aware again of this issue. Staff are very rude & I would not recommend this place for anyone . Dirty hotel & rude staff. 0/10 points
