    Nothing. Due to a fire our booking was moved to the Ibis Budget. Didn't book the Budget in the first place due to reviews, but ended up there anyway with no choice and no refund in price difference. Aware the fire was unfortunate but a choice to cancel and find other accommodation would have been nice. We were travelling as friends not partners - these rooms are NOT suitable for friends. Everything. I have contacted the hotel and booking.com and hadn't response
