Seashell International Hostel And Motel

I made a reservation for four people and paid for four beds, so we naturally expected to be in the same room. I even asked at the very beginning of the booking process if we could be placed together and was told that it would be possible. Turns out, that wasn’t the case. Despite our request to be moved into the same room once we arrived, we were told it wasn’t possible. That was already disappointing. The rooms themselves were okay, nothing special, but the hygiene left much to be desired. One of my friends woke up covered in bed bug bites all over her body, which is absolutely unacceptable. Unfortunately, this experience really affected our stay, and I wouldn’t recommend this hostel based on cleanliness and customer service.
