Es gibt kein Besteck, die Betten sind sehr hart und das Badezimmer wird beim Duschen überflutet und das Zimmer wird teilweise mit nass. Es waren fraglich Bettwanzen vorhanden, die Bettwäsche wurde auf Wunsch gewechselt aber ob dass das Problem löst ist fraglich.
