    It's very unprofessional to reduce a serious human health situation to a joke. A bite from a bedbug to someone allergic can be very dangerous. It was not a Martina. It was a Bedbug/Chinche. As you can see on the photos, they are different and easy to identify. And it's not an exaggeration about the money. You were going to keep the majority of it, if I didn't tell you how to cancel and get the full refund. A full reclaim will be presented to the: Dirección nacional de defensa del consumidor. Hope you'll change your position in future facing clients problems.
