    - Room was too noisy from the traffic outside that never stops 24/7. I could not sleep all the nights that I stayed. - there were bed bugs and the blanket seemed like it wasn’t washed. The bedsheet had a stain. - no hot water, no air conditioner - they accused me of breaking the key chain which I didn’t and the staff tried to extort 150 pesos from me. The old lady was rude and mean during checkout and called me a liar.
