Confirmed Booking.com
WARNING: BED BUGS!! Unfortunately we found bed bugs in the room right when we got there. We showed the staff member who was there that evening and asked for a refund. He said that we needed to message the manager through booking.com. We did so that night and even followed up with another direct message, but we still have not gotten a response. If you do stay here, verify they have addressed the issue and double check your bed. We have reached out to booking.com customer service to see if they can help us get a refund.
