Unfortunately i will have to leave a bad review, even though i really did enjoy my time and the company in the hostel (friendly open atmosphere). The bed i was sleeping in was infested with bedbugs. It left me with bed bug bites covering my whole body which caused an bad allergic reaction (which i am still recovering from). I would not recommend sleeping in this hostel until they do a proper maintenance and cleaning of the sleeping rooms.

Sunflower Beach Backpacker Hostel & Bar is a social beach-side hostel in Rimini with a bar mood, young crowd, and a lot going on after dark. It works best if you want an easy place to meet other travelers, hang around the common areas, sing, dance, join social dinners, and stay close to the sea. Free pasta nights are a real part of the stay here. They turn dinner into a low-effort social reset: grab food, drift into conversation, then see where the bar, karaoke, or nightly music takes the room. The location is handy for the beach, local food spots, and the Metromare or bus link into the center, though it is not right in central Rimini. Staff are usually warm and useful with practical advice, including transport and San Marino plans. Rooms are generally simple rather than fancy; air con, private bathrooms, lockers, balconies, and a small pool may be part of the setup depending on the room and season. This is not a quiet comfort-first pick. The hostel can be loud, rooms and bathrooms can be small, and the shower setup may leave the whole bathroom wet. It fits a fun-first Rimini trip better than a sleep-heavy or polished hotel-style stay.
