The room is terrible. First the carpet is horrible for people with alergies cause it seems it hasn't been cleaned in forever The smell inside the room was also terrible Lights in the room and in the bathroom were horrible, specially inside the bathroom because tehre are no light inside the shower, so you bath in basicly the dark. The beds: i didn't see any bed bugs, but I was itching through the entire night, the bed sheet were also terrible The looker: it's got some good spae but you need to put a coin inside to be able to use it, not a big problem but not the easiest to be also

Vibe Analysis
Bus 609 stops right outside St. Moritz Youth Hostel, which matters because the place sits away from the station and town center, near the lake, forest paths, and a quieter edge of St. Moritz. It can work as a practical base for skiing or a short budget stay in an expensive town. Breakfast is the clearest strength, with a big dining area and plenty of space downstairs to sit around. Dinner can be useful too, though the food is inconsistent and sometimes feels more like a canteen than a treat. This is not a classic social backpacker hostel. The setup can feel more like a large youth camp or basic hotel, with families, school groups, shared bathrooms, bunk beds, and limited hangout energy. Rooms are simple, often old-fashioned, and can be cramped, warm, cold, noisy, or musty depending on the room. Expect a functional stay with tradeoffs: good transit, breakfast, lake access, and ski-friendly basics on one side; extra fees, tired rooms, shared facilities, and uneven service on the other.
