Confirmed Hostelworld
Cute little hostel steps away from Cozumel ferry pier. Friendly people - chatting about diving, sharing stories and recommendations - and helpful staff. I thought I had a problem with bed bugs (false alarm, it was a bad case of sand flea/ mosquito bites) and they took it seriously bringing in a cleaner right away to disinfect my bed, and when I came back from doing all my laundry I was moved to a new room. The only downside is there's no outdoors area. A couple of things that could be improved is the lockers could be bigger - I couldn't fit my backpacking bag in (they have enough space where the lockers are to be able to do this), and the place you can leave your bags after checkout could be inside the hostel as the entrance is shared with a restaurant and someone isn't always at the front desk. Checkout is at 12:00 though, it's nice to have that extra time. Overall, great experience!
