Hostel Pipistrelo Pula

If you don't want BED Bugs, don't go there. When we went to sleep, there were ~10 BED BUGS crawling on the walls. We moved to an (upgraded) room but we had to leave our stuff inside the first room. The staff was nice, but actually they didn't know anything about how to treat the bed bugs. They just let us stay in the contaminated room even though they knew it was contaminated. When I was home again, I had a living BED BUG inside my suitcase. The pest control came and it cost me 300 EUROS! We paid the full rent at the hostel. They didn't refund me anything and now they are even not replying to my messages anymore. Back home, I had the stress of my life because I was afraid that my whole flat was infected by the BED BUGS. Besides the bed bug story, it was also not very clean. I am very unsatisfied and do absolutely NOT recommend going there.
