When we arrived there it looked nice, but when we were sleeping there was bedbugs and we got bitten. We complained and the receptionist said there was nothing to do because the manager did not get there until 8am. She called him and he got mad at her because she called him to tell him what had happened. You literally could see the bugs squished on the blankets!!! The manager told the receptionist to tell us there was nothing they could do, not even give us a refund. It’s unacceptable since supposedly is a 5 star hotel. NASTY!
