    BED BUGS!!! I had high expectations of the hostel because of the good reviews. Unfortunately, my bed (of all the beds in the dorm) had bed bugs, which made it impossible to sleep in. I am still recovering from the bug bites about a month later. Upon informing the staff, they took no action (or even changed my bedding or provided me an alternative space) - they tried to salvage with more breakfast coupons. Although the location is good and staff are helpful for other concerns, it wasn't my most pleasant experience as a frequent solo traveler.
