Gordana gives the place a host-mum energy, and the volunteers help bring the dorms together. This is a good fit for Budva Old Town access, beach proximity, and a small social setup that gets moving at night. It is less ideal for anyone who wants a big common room, quiet sleep, flawless WiFi, or a hostel where all social life happens inside the building.
