Possible Hostelworld
Don’t book this hostel. One of the dirtiest I’ve stayed in. They never cleaned the bathroom during my three night there, ants or some bug in the beds. The security is awful. You don’t get a key and can not look the door to your room. My last night a man walked in our dorm and lift the sheet to look at me while I slept. The staff sleeps in the reception all night and morning and we had to wake them up to check out. Yes is cheap, but it’s overpriced..

Vibe Analysis
Nomad Beach House is a cheap, rough beach-side option in Puerto Escondido. The upside is location: close to the ocean, workable for Playa Marinero/Zicatela/Centro logistics, and sometimes good for a low-cost short stay with big beds, fans, kitchen basics, a small hangout area, and friendly staff. The reality is split hard. At its best, it has a relaxed beach-house vibe, easy traveler contact in the small outside area, and good value. At its worst, it means dirty bathrooms, bad smells, weak maintenance, hot rooms, mosquitoes, staff problems, and security/privacy issues. Treat this as a low-expectations budget crash pad, not a soft landing. If the price and beach access are the whole thesis, it can make sense for a short stay; if you need clean bathrooms, reliable sleep, strong security, or a social hostel with momentum, the warning lights are not decorative.
