In der Herberge war es sehr kalt, im Sommer mag es in Ordnung sein, aber der Strom fiel ständig aus, sodass wir die meiste Zeit nicht einmal die Heizung anlassen konnten. WLAN war nicht so toll und die Telefonverbindung war auch schlecht. Unser Badezimmerbereich befand sich ebenfalls draußen in einem Schuppenbereich. Auch nach Tarifa sind es etwa eine Stunde und 45 Minuten zu Fuß, man braucht also unbedingt ein Auto. Leider hatten wir in der letzten nacht bettwanzen. Jedoch hatte es niemanden interessiert und wurde nicht wirklich was dagegen unternommen

Vibe Analysis
Wild House Tarifa is a remote, nature-heavy hostel outside town, built more for slowing down than quick logistics. The setting brings ocean views, sometimes all the way to Morocco, with gardens, outdoor corners, hammocks, and a very relaxed house feeling. There may be an area to wash and store kite/surf gear, which makes the place especially practical for surf and kite days around Tarifa. The hostel also seems to attract a chill kite-surf crowd, with enough shared space to hang out without turning the place into a party machine. The atmosphere is warm, social, and home-like, with Anna/Ana and the team creating a lot of the comfort. Rooms and bathrooms seem clean, beds can be comfortable, and the kitchen is well equipped. This is the kind of place that works best when the goal is rest, beach time, nature, and easy conversation rather than city-center convenience.
