    SCAM ALERT Bed Bugs, Filth, and Zero Service. AVOID! This was the absolute worst hotel stay I've had all year. I’m writing this simply to save you from the same nightmare. Seriously, do not stay here. If you need sleep, go elsewhere. The most critical issue was hygiene: the beds were infested with bed bugs, and the sheets and bathroom facilities were absolutely disgusting. This is not just poor quality; it's a health risk. Before you pay, they are overly nice and promise the world. The second the transaction is complete, that helpful attitude vanishes. Customer service and room service became non-existent, rude, and unhelpful. Avoid this hotel at all costs. My experience was an appalling disaster from start to finish.
