Bed bug reports

Confirmed Booking.com
I had bed bugs and lice in my room. That’s unbelievable that it could happened in the place with good rating. Room was messy, sheets were dirty and smell of moisture. I didn’t like that staying and wouldn’t like to recommend it.

Vibe Analysis
Hotel O G Home Hotel is a cheap, very basic stay in central Kota Bharu, close to the Kelantan River, the mosque, eating places, and city sights like Pasar Siti Khadijah, Kampung Kraftangan, the palace, and museums. The riverfront setting is the main upside. The waterfront can be good for dusk photos, and parts of the building have river or corridor views, though not every room gets that perk. Single rooms may have no window at all. Facilities are simple: there may be an elevator, air conditioning, hot water, WiFi, and rooms with two queen beds. A few basics can work fine, but the place is inconsistent and rough around the edges. This is not a social hostel pick. It reads more like a low-cost crash pad with serious cleanliness and maintenance risk: stained bedding, damp smells, mold, bugs, bathroom problems, limited parking, weak TV, and booking mix-ups are all possible.
Signals to check
- Cleanliness can be a major problem, especially bedding, floors, bathrooms, and room smell.
- Some rooms have no windows and can feel damp or poorly ventilated.
- Parking is limited and may require street or public parking nearby.
- Booking reliability looks shaky, including full-room situations after arrival.
- Maintenance issues may include clogged drains, leaking toilets or showers, weak TV, noisy or weak air conditioning, and broken fixtures.
