Horrible place infested with bed bugs , no staff, no napkins for breakfast. I honestly don't know how it was voted 2024 hostel of the year. Tengan cuidado.

Marisol, Tobias, and the team are a major part of the stay: tour help, restaurant tips, late-check-in instructions, taxi help, and WhatsApp coordination are all part of the practical magic. The location is very handy for Punta Arenas logistics, close to the Bus Sur station, the center, restaurants, the waterfront, and a supermarket with an ATM nearby. It works especially well before or after Torres del Paine, penguin trips, airport hops, or short stopovers, with enough warmth and conversation to stop it feeling like a sterile transit bed.
