The Lansdowne Hotel

No one around for check in help, no info sent about checking in. No one answers the phone. Ended up booking the hostel next door for the first night because of it. No real inside space to sit, only the rooftop outside. No communcaiton, they "upgraded" me to a room I didn't want and then refused to change it back to the original room. I only stayed one night of my 4 nights and got bed bugs. Lovely housekeeper tried to say it was mosquito's when it definitely wasn't, so God knows how many others get them. No communication back when I messaged the company about everything. Had to help two other backpackers trying to check in, as the same thing with no commincation. I know it's cheap but not having a physical person around or atleast someone to talk to on the phone when you have an issue is not ok.
