5박 숙박했는데 마지막 2박 동안 빈대(bedbug)에 물렸습니다. 몸에 난 흔적을 처음 보고, 빈대인 것 같아 리셉션에 알렸습니다. 딱히 큰 대책을 주지않아 실망이었습니다. 모든 객실이 전부 예약되어서 객실 변경이 어려운 것은 이해됩니다만 귀찮아 하는 눈치로 침대 시트를 주며, 11시 이전에 말해줘야 청소를 해줄 수 있다고 하였습니다. 손님 상태는 어떤지, 약국은 어디인지, 코인 세탁소는 어디인지 딱히 이런 대답은 없었습니다. 여행을 좋아하는 사람으로써, 시간과 에너지를 쏟아가며 여행하는 사람을 이해해주지 못하는 태도에 실망이었습니다. 마지막 숙박을 하고 몇군데 더 물렸지만, 체크인을 하며 '리셉션에게 굳이 다시 알려줄 필요가 있을까'라는 생각이 들었습니다.
